• You must be the rightful owner of the Etsy shop you register with HeartExchanger.
• You must use the service in compliance with Etsy's Terms of Service.

HeartExchanger and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to any actions taken by Etsy against your account. You use this service at your own risk.
